New processes for cleaning and hygiene
- Our staff are being trained in enhanced cleaning routines, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines.They are also under strict instructions to wear masks at all times. We are also following COVID-19 guidelines provided by local health authorities.
- All our common areas (including gym) and grills are cleaned on a regular basis.
- A hand-washing station at the gate was installed- all persons have to wash before entry is allowed.
Physical distancing and safety
- You will find distancing floor markers in our common rooms, as well as signs reminding our staff and residents to keep a distance.
- We do not allow events within the premises.
- We have gone a step further and added an isolation room just incase anyone needs to be isolated.
- A thermogun is used to take temperatures of all persons entering our premises.
High speed internet for virtual learning
- To extend classroom learning to the home, we have ensured that our residents have access to high speed internet to make their transition into virtual learning as seamless as possible.
